The whole Benson family at Explorer are so lovely and very professional and would recommend anyone to head their way if looking to buy a van. We bought a Franklin Xfactor recently and the whole process gave us confidence and comfort in knowing we were being looked after in every way.
We are travelling and not in SA at the moment and needed a few things to be checked out, and with the fantastic warranty Franklin has, we were supported all the way with another Franklin dealer in another state and both worked seamlessly together for the best outcome.

Tom was with us from start to finish and if he wasnt available another team member was! Handover with Stan was very relaxed and informative. We had lots of questions on the power, hot water and airbags but he was very accommodating for our 'newness' to these areas🤣. We have found the entire Titanium process to be easy! We were kept informed of where things were at and once build started, regular photos until finished.
