The whole Benson family at Explorer are so lovely and very professional and would recommend anyone to head their way if looking to buy a van. We bought a Franklin Xfactor recently and the whole process gave us confidence and comfort in knowing we were being looked after in every way.
We are travelling and not in SA at the moment and needed a few things to be checked out, and with the fantastic warranty Franklin has, we were supported all the way with another Franklin dealer in another state and both worked seamlessly together for the best outcome.
10/10 for Explorer Caravans

We had a great experience at explorer, at no time did we feel pressured or feel pushed into purchasing. Tom gave us a very informative run down and purchase experience.

On handover, Stan was amazing, no rush, plenty of information with no question off limits!

Highly recommend the explorer team for your next caravan

We recently had our 10 month old Titanium caravan in for some warranty repairs at Explorer caravans. The service team listened to our issues, organised replacements and resolved all of our warranty issues. We were very impressed with the friendly and excellent customer service we received throughout the whole warranty process.

Everyone we dealt with at Explorer were super patient and helpful throughout the whole process. From multiple browsing sessions, to picking options and ordering, and a really thorough handover.
And importantly, we feel confident that we can get support in the future if we need it.
We would highly recommend Explorer to anyone wanting to buy a van.
Thanks to the team and congratulations on the way you go about what you do.

I can't recommend Explorer Caravan Sales enough. From sales through to the build of our beautiful Viscount and now while we're on the road travelling Australia full time, Tom and Josh have always bent over backwards with their wonderful customer service.

Couldnt fault the process of purchasing our new Titanium caravan. Tom was with us from start to finish and if he wasnt available another team member was! Handover with Stan was very relaxed and informative. We had lots of questions on the power, hot water and airbags but he was very accommodating for our 'newness' to these areas🤣. We have found the entire Titanium process to be easy! We were kept informed of where things were at and once build started, regular photos until finished. Picking our caravan up today we are very happy with the level of the finishes and the standard of service we received at Explorer Caravans Adelaide✔️✔️✔️
