We absolutely love our Franklin Club, purchased in early July to live in for the next year while traveling Australia. Tom was great. Didn't try & sell to us. Instead, he listened to what we were looking for & our budget & he showed us 2-3 options. And the after-sales support has been excellent & very helpful! Have recently purchased a Viscount V1. Took it for a 3 night stay to Normanville to check everything was working. Towed beautifully and was very happy with the van except for 2 small issues which you would not expect to be noticed in pre-delivery. Rang Dave when we got home and were asked to send email pointing out the faults as they had not seen these issues before. Service person was on my doorstep mid morning next day. All staff were exemplary in their assistance when we picked up our van and absolutely no complaints about the back-up service for faults. Big thank you to Dave and the team.
